  • 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap – 120 cal
  • 3 oz. lean turkey breast – 60 cal
  • ½ of one avocado, sliced or mashed – 120 cal
  • ¼ cup varietal vegetables (lettuce, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber) – 30 cal
  • 1 tbsp. of hummus – 35 cal
  • salt and pepper to taste – 0 cal


  1. Place the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a layer of hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving an inch border around the edge.
  3. Arrange the lean turkey slices evenly over the spread, covering the surface of the wrap.
  4. Place the sliced avocado atop the turkey.
  5. Sprinkle the varietal veggies over the avocado.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Carefully fold the side of the wrap inward, covering the filling. Then roll the wrap from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go, until the wrap is tightly secured.
  8. Slice and serve if you desire.
