Genetic diversity of the malaria parasite in pregnant women and children declined in an area targeted for malaria elimination in Mozambique, according to a study led by the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), a centre supported by “la Caixa” Foundation and the Manhiça Health Research Centre (CISM).
